Juanita has been committed to the Early Childhood and School age care sector for over 20+ years. Her love and passion for the industry and quality care for all children shines bright.
Positions during her career have included Centre Director/ Coordinator, Operations Manager for 8 years and most recently during the past 4.5 years has loved working as a management consultant. Juanita has a strong passion for curriculum and ensuring children have a nurturing environment to play and learn. Juanita loves to inspire leaders and educators to remain current in their knowledge and be inspired. Her knowledge of the Assessment and rating process has allowed many centres to ensure best outcomes for children in their care. Juanita’s comprehensive skills and wealth of knowledge are varied and include Human resources/ recruitment, business and financial management, childcare compliance, a thorough knowledge of the Early Years learning Framework/ My Time Our Place and the National Quality Standards.
Juanita has experience with new centre openings and acquisitions including Long day care and in recent years has gained much joy and satisfaction supporting P&C Associations to open and manage their own school age care settings with fantastic outcomes for all. Juanita holds her Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services.
